Booz Allen’s Hardwick Named to Adventist HealthCare’s Board of Trustees
Adventist HealthCare has named Nancy Hardwick to its Board of Trustees for a three-year term. Hardwick is currently a Senior Vice President at Booz Allen Hamilton Inc., a $6 billion management and technology consulting company.
In her role, Hardwick leads a portfolio of business and technical consulting services for civilian government agencies. She also leads Booz Allen’s Center of Excellence in Human Capital, Learning and Strategic Communications and previously led the firm’s Center of Excellence for Strategy and Change Management.

Hardwick also holds several internal positions at Booz Allen including membership in the Executive Development Committee and a position as a trustee for the company’s Employee Capital Accumulation Plan (ECAP). In addition, she is a two-time recipient of the Professional Excellence Award (PEA), Booz Allen’s highest honor.

In addition to her professional experience, Hardwick has served for six years on the Strathmore Hall Foundation’s Board of Directors, where she currently serves as Chairman of the Board. Prior to this role, Hardwick served as Strathmore’s Vice Chairman of the Board; Chair of Corporate Contribution; and on the Finance, Governance and Nominating and Executive Committees of the Board.
Hardwick, a resident of Gaithersburg, Maryland, holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Carolina, where she graduated magna cum laude.
