City Crime: Residential and Commercial Burglaries

The Gaithersburg Police Department released info on crimes on Tuesday, Sept. 18, and Thursday, Sept. 20, within municipal Gaithersburg.

 

The Gaithersburg Police Department has released information about four incidents that occurred this week within city limits.

Tuesday, Sept. 18, 2012:

  • A residential burglary was reported in the 400 block of Muddy Branch Road at 7:45 p.m. One or more unknown suspects entered the unoccupied residence and removed property.
  • A commercial burglary was reported in the 200 block of Edison Park Drive at 7 a.m. One or more unknown suspects entered a gated site and removed property.
  • A residential burglary was reported in the 100 block of Olde Towne Avenue at 9:08 a.m. One or more unknown suspects entered the residence through the front door with force. The suspect removed no property and fled on foot.

Thursday, Sept. 20, 2012:

  • A residential burglary was reported in the unit block of Whetstone Drive at 9:00 a.m. One or more suspects entered two laundry rooms and removed property.
