HURRAY! One of the worst things about Montgomery County and the Washington area has been the longstanding absence of decent deli, like what you can find in New York, Philadelphia, Baltimore, and many of the small towns in the Middle Atlantic states. This has always struck me as being odd because the Washington areas and Montgomery County have large Jewish populations and the area is one of the more important centers of Jewish life and culture in the United States. My late wife Diane, whose father grew up on Lombard Street and who introduced me to Corned Beef Row,, and I would frequently stop there to get deli to bring back to Montgomery County when we were visiting family and friends in Baltimore or when business would take us there. It will be great to have decent deli in a nearby Montgomery County Location and I can hardly wait for our local Attman's to open.

We, at Attman's Deli, are really looking forward to opening up in our new location in Montgomery County! Many of our catering events and deliveries are in that area, so we know that we are appreciated and loved around there.
