Young Women Fight Over Pants, Arrested At Lakeforest's Body Central Store

Women in early 20s charged in brawl over last pants in their size.

Two women fighting over over the last pair of pants in their size were arrested and charged with assaulting each other 's Body Central Store, Montgomery County police said.

Officers were called to the mall and found the two women punching each other and wrestling on the floor, police said. Officers were able to separate the two and place them in custody. 

The suspects were identified by police as Andrea N. Williams, 22, of the 300 block of Amberfield Lane in Gaithersburg, and Ethelyn R. Gladney, 21, of the 20100 block of Loading Rock Place in Montgomery Village.

Approximately 25 people were in the store at the time of the fight, including friends and family of each of the females, police said.

Williams and Gladney were charged with second degree assault, disorderly conduct, failure to obey a reasonable and lawful order, and disturbing the peace, police said.

Both women were released on bond.

Additional units were dispatched to control the crowd and both suspects declined treatment from Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services.
