Montgomery County police released a crime summary for Dec. 24 through Jan. 2. The following incidents were reported in Gaithersburg:

• Commercial burglaries were reported at the following six Gaithersburg businesses:
  • Chow Internal Medicine, 9001 Shady Grove Court, between Monday, Dec. 24, at 3:30 p.m. and Tuesday, Dec. 25, at 11:15 a.m. Entry to the business was forced and property was taken.
  • Allstate Insurance, 8949 Shady Grove Court, between Monday, Dec. 24, at 3:30 p.m. and Tuesday, Dec. 25, at 11:15 a.m. Entry to the business was forced and nothing was taken.
  • Mullaney Engineering, 9049 Shady Grove Court, on Tuesday, Dec. 25, at 3:59 a.m. Entry to the business was forced and nothing was taken.
  • Zio's Restaurant, 9083 Gaither Road, between Thursday, Dec. 27, at 11 p.m. and Friday, Dec. 28, at 3:50 a.m. Entry to the business was forced and property was taken.
  • Doner's Cafe, 9103 Gaither Road, between Sunday, Dec. 30, at 4:30 p.m. and Monday, Dec. 31, at 7 a.m. Entry to the business was forced and property was taken.
  • CBH Health, 15944 Luanne Drive, between Sunday, Dec. 30, at 6 p.m. and Monday, Dec. 31, at 8:15 a.m. Entry to the business was forced and property was taken.
• A commercial burglary occurred at the GNC store located at 20 Grand Corner Avenue between Wednesday, Dec. 26, at 8:30 p.m. and Thursday, Dec. 27, at 9 a.m. Entry to the business was forced and property was taken.
• Two thefts from vehicles occurred on Quince Orchard Boulevard between Thursday, Dec. 27, and Saturday, Dec. 29. Entry to one car was forced and a GPS unit and wallet were taken.
• An armed robbery occurred in the 18300 block of Lost Knife Circle on Friday, Dec. 28, between 11:45 a.m. and noon. The suspect is known to the victim.
• A strong-arm robbery occurred in the 18400 block of Lost Knife Circle on Friday, Dec. 28, around 12:30 a.m. The suspect assaulted the victim and obtained property.
• A residential burglary occurred in the 200 block of Booth Street between Friday, Dec. 28, and Monday, Dec. 31.
• An aggravated assault occurred in the 18200 block of Lost Knife Circle on Sunday, Dec. 30, at 7:30 a.m. The suspect is known to the victim.
• An aggravated assault occurred in the 17700 block of Larchmont Terrace. The suspect is known to the victim.
