Montgomery County Police named four suspects tied to a burglary and theft spree in Germantown.

Marcus Antonio Lee, Travis Devon Forbes, Demarco James Burke and a teenager are all facing charges in connection with burglaries and thefts, police reported.

Lee, 20, of no fixed address and Forbes, 18, of the 18100 block of Copps Hill Place in Montgomery Village, were arrested Wednesday on several theft and burglary charges.

They are being held on $25,000 bail, police said.

Police said Burke, 20, of no fixed address, was in custody in Washington, D.C., with a detainer filed for pending charges in Montgomery County.

A 17-year-old male from Washington, D.C., was also charged in one of the burglaries, police said.

Police allege the men were linked to more than 20 reports of home burglaries, thefts and stolen vehicles in Germantown since April 6.

Burke was arrested in Washington on June 15, found riding as a passenger in a vehicle that had been allegedly stolen during the string of burglaries in Germantown, according to police.

Lee, police alleged, was the driver but fled the scene. A warrant was issued for his arrest, police said.

At around 2 a.m. Wednesday, Gaithersburg Police Officers responded to a burglary in the unit block of Hidden Field Drive in Gaithersburg where the home was reportedly burglarized and the resident’s vehicle was missing.

About an hour later, Montgomery County Police officers found and arrested Forbes and the juvenile male inside the alleged stolen vehicle, which was at the 7-Eleven at 18701 Liberty Mill Road in Germantown. 

Police apprehended Lee Wednesday afternoon at a home in the 18400 block of Stone Hollow Drive Germantown.
