The city of Gaithersburg released the following news this week.

Annie Jr. Charms and Delights at Arts Barn

In partnership with KAT 2nd Stage, the Arts Barn presents Annie Jr., a family musical about everyone’s favorite spunky little orphan. 

The show runs Feb. 9 to Feb. 24, with performances on Saturdays and Sundays at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. Admission is $18, $16 for city of Gaithersburg residents, and $9 for students through grade 12.

Portraits, Ceramics, Digital Art on Display at Arts Barn

The city of Gaithersburg presents an exhibit featuring portraits, ceramics and digital art by Ivanna Matsuka, Robert Talbert, Maud Taber-Thomas, Elena Tchernomazova, and Jamie Smith at the Arts Barn Gallery, Jan. 25 through March 23.

The gallery is open Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday, 1:30 to 5:30 p.m. The public is invited to a free Artists’ Reception on Tuesday, Feb. 5 from 7 to 8:30 p.m.
