Readers' Choice: Crepes-A-Go-Go
Gaithersburg Patch readers voted Kentlands' Crepes-A-Go-Go the best spot for a Mother's Day brunch.
Mom may not be French but Gaithersburg readers think she'll like French cuisine.
Crepes-A-Go-Go, located at 514 Main Street in the Kentlands, was selected as the best spot for a Mother's Day brunch with a whopping 40 percent of the vote.
The Gaithersburg creperie features hand-made, made-to-order crepes with fresh fruit and vegetables. Manager Appolinaire Tcheunte said the restaurant, which has been at the Kentlands location for six years, has some special crepes prepared for Mother's Day and expects it to be busier than normal.
"Pretty much we have a lot of customers who are happy and want to come here," Tcheunte said.
For those hoping to spend Mother's Day in the city, Crepes-A-Go-Go has a second location, Crepes on the Walk, in D.C. near the Verizon Center.

Really?? This place is a complete rip off. I was over-charged on my bill & the extra charges were not itemized (only showing up in the total). When I asked to speak to the manager, he came around the customer side of the counter (looking at the menu) & still could not give me an answer - stating that "This is just how our computer works." The crepes weren't even that good. I will NOT be going back.
