Two men were arrested on burglary and drug charges Wednesday after allegedly breaking into a vacant home in the 100 block of Duvall Lane in Gaithersburg, according to police.
Kenny Lee Austin, 53, and Eddie Nathaniel Green, 32, neither with a fixed address, were charged with 4th degree burglary, trespassing and possession of drug paraphernalia, Gaithersburg Police Department spokesperson Dan Lane said.
The burglary happened at 1:47 a.m. Wednesday, according to police.
