 ommunity Center on Thursday\, March 8 from 3pm to 8pm. Artists can downl
 oad registration forms at www.montgomeryvillage.com\, pick them up at th
 e MVF Office (10120 Apple Ridge Road)\, or e-mail jserlo@mvf.org.\nNo en
 tries will be accepted before the registration at NCCC on Thursday\, Mar
 ch 8. There is a limit of four entries/artist with a registration fee of
  $2 per entry. Works may not exceed 28&rdquo\; in any direction.\nAll ar
 twork must be mounted and ready to hang with appropriate hardware prior 
 to registration. No entry will be accepted if it is not mounted and read
 y to hang. \n&nbsp\;Entries hung with tape\, string\, yarn or fishing li
 ne will not be accepted. Volunteers are needed on Friday morning\, March
