We manufacture single-estate premium chocolates from our own cacao beans grown on our farms in the Dominican Republic. We import our cacao beans and roast, winnow and grind our chocolates and then turn them into decadent pieces of exquisite truffles, bonbons and bars.
Come visit The Truffle Factory and take a FREE factory tour and learn about the origin of cacao trees, how they are harvested, fermented, dried and then subsequently turned into premium single-estate chocolate.
