A new outdoor Flea Market will be open every Saturday starting Saturday December 1, 2012 at the Montgomery County Fairgrounds, 16 Chestnut Street, Gaithersburg, Maryland. All vendors selling antiques, crafts, collectibles, books, household items, art, jewelry, tools, perfume, tools, clothing, electronics and other new/used items are welcome to set-up. The vendor fee is $25 for a 20' wide space. The space is deep enough to park car or van. Vendors bring own tables, chairs and tents. Vendor set-up starts at 7am. This market is located at the Perry Parkway end of the fairgrounds across from the Hilton Hotel. Shoppers are admitted free. DIRECTIONS
-- From Washington, DC, Virginia & PG County, take I-495 to I-270 North exit. Take I-270 to exit 11 in Gaithersburg and at the first intersection (Frederick Ave) turn right and go one block to Perry Parkway and turn right. Go two blocks thru circle and you will see the Fairgrounds and Flea Market on your left. It is across from the Hilton Hotel.
-- From Frederick, Maryland, take I-270 South to exit 11 in Gaithersburg and at the bottom of the ramp turn left back under I-270. At the first intersection (Frederick Ave) turn right and go one block to Perry Parkway and turn right. Go two blocks thru circle and you will see the Fairgrounds and Flea Market on your left. It is across from the Hilton Hotel.

Montgomery County Agricultural Services on Chestnut Street, along the train tracks, is the location for the offices that schedule and run events for the fairgrounds. Since 1945, Montgomery County Agricultural Services has been providing fun and diverse experiences like Barnum & Bailey Circus and the Montgomery County Agricultural Fair, the biggest fair in Maryland. It hosts many other events such as festivals, shows, bazaars and demonstrations.
