NEW MOTHERS’ CIRCLE

Feeling anxious? Can’t communicate with loved ones? Lonely?

Join us for an enriching postpartum new mothers' circle, where new mothers share hopes, concerns and challenges in a safe, non-judgmental supportive environment. You’ll find plenty of opportunities to form bonds and develop lifelong friendships.

The group format will take an educational, hands-on approach with lots of activities, exercises and discussions led by Orly Katz, an experienced certified professional counselor. By joining the circle, new mothers will develop skills such as:

* Increasing your awareness of your needs

* Understanding your role as a new mother

* Enhancing your assertiveness

* Communicating more effectively

* Reducing stress and anxiety

* Managing anger and frustration

When: September 6th – October 11th, for a total of 6 meetings. Thursdays at 7:30 P.M. to 8:30 P.M.

Cost: $25 per meeting or get a packaged, discounted price for 6 meetings at $125.
