Don't take your car. At least that's the advice DCist is giving to folks heading into the District to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the March on Washington. Thousands are expected in the city and several roads will be closed to accommodate the evnts. The federal government is even encouraging local agencies to let workers telework.

Francisco Barahona, 35, was one of three men sentenced Tuesday in a cocaine and heroin trafficking scheme that brought drugs in to the DC-metro region from Atlanta, Texas and Connecticut.
