Woman Gives Birth on Route 100
First the Metro, then I-270, and now a woman has given birth on Route 100, Anne Arundel Patch reports. According to the state trooper who helped out:
"I picked (the baby) up, turned her over and started massaging her back and the bottoms of her feet to get her to breath. At one point, I flipped the baby over and attempted to clean as much mucous as I could from the baby. By the time the fire department got there, she had started to turn pink; she was still struggling to breathe but was doing well enough to get her skin tone back."
