Farm Fresh Produce (CSA Membership)

In only 48 days spring will be here, and on Monday we are starting our planting season. Our germination room will be stabilized around +65 degrees to mimic growing conditions. We will have a slow start with as many as 1500 seeds during the first week then we will continue to average 500 seeds per week until our germination room is fully loaded.  We will plant a large variety of vegetables to further address our CSA members, online, and walk in customers as well as our supermarket client’s.  Weather permitting,  Aliabaad Farm customers will enjoy Asparagus, Beets, Bell Peppers, Broccoli, Brussels sprouts, Butternut Squash, Cabbage, Cantaloupe, Cauliflower, Celery, Chives, Corn, Cucumbers, Dill, Eggplant, Garlic, Green Beans, Kale, Lettuce, Mint, Okra, Onions, Bok Choy, Parsley, Potatoes, Radish, Rhubarb, Savory, Spinach, Zucchini, Tomatoes, Turnips, Water Cress, and Watermelon.

Spring Registration: Our regular season CSA membership registration starts on Monday Feb 3, 2014 and season starts during the first week of May (weather permitting)

2014 CSA program: This year we are offering three packages customized to address healthy eaters:

1-     Bi-Weekly- This program is for 13 weeks, starting on May and continue through end of October.

2-     Weekly- This program is for 26 weeks, starting in May and ending at end of October. The value add to this program is a dozen colorful free range eggs every other weeks.

3-     Extended Weekly- This program is for as many as 36 weeks but could be extend to 40 weeks (weather permitting)
