Located in the Kentlands community with five bedrooms and hardwood floors, the home at 109 Midtown Road had the highest sales price of all homes in Gaithersburg this December. The three highest listings sold for the month of December 2013 in Gaithersburg were:

1. 109 Midtown Road- Selling Price: $900,000

2. 8532 Churchill Downs Road- Selling Price: $782,000
