One meat:

Coming soon: an Italian beer garden from Cesco Osteria and the CO2 Lounge, Washington City Paper reported. The beer garden—La Piazza—will have its own menu, but will share a kitchen with Cesco Osteria.

Cesco Osteria and CO2 Lounge opened in December 2011 at 7401 Woodmont Ave., Bethesda, Patch reported.

Three sides:

New Korean restaurant House of Milae opens on Friday, Sept. 20, at 4924 St. Elmo Ave., Bethesda,Bethesda Magazine reported. It's owned by the Kang family, which also owns Milae Cleaners (5050 River Rd., Bethesda), and it features Korean favorites.

Spanish sandwich chain 100 Montaditos is planning for an early October opening at 4922 Elm St., Bethesda, Bethesda Now reported. The restaurant received its liquor license on Thursday, Sept. 19.

Luke's Lobster in Bethesda is not selling live lobsters, unlike Luke's Lobster in Georgetown, Bethesda-Chevy Chase Patch reported.

New coffee shop La Mano (304 Carroll St. NW)—just over the border in Washington, DC—received a good review from Washington Post restaurant critic Tim Carman. It's a joint project of the owner and the manager of Modern Times Coffeehouse in the Politics & Prose bookstore in Chevy Chase, DC. Many ingredients for menu items are from the Takoma Park Farmers Market and Common Good City Farm, wrote Carman, who added that the shop's buttermilk biscuits were particularly good.
