Local Artists On Display At Upcoming Sugarloaf Crafts Festival

Three Gaithersburg area artists are participating in the Nov. 16-18 Sugarloaf Crafts Festival at the Montgomery County Fairgrounds.

The Sugarloaf Crafts Festival is returning to the Montgomery County Fairgrounds Friday, Nov. 16, through Sunday, Nov. 18, and three Gaithersburg area artists are among the more than 400 other nationally known craftspeople:

  • Robert Talbert of Talbert Fine Art in Gaithersburg will be exhibiting and selling his painting.
  • Joseph Craig English of neighboring Washington Grove will also be exhibiting his work at the Festival. English is a printmaker and creates silkscreened pieces of local landmarks and neighborhoods.
  • Richard Denchfield of Olde Tradition Spice in Gaithersburg. Denchfield creates all natural mulling spices with no sugars or preservatives.

The festival is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday.
