Buffalo Wild Wings To Replace Chevy's In Quince Orchard Plaza

Vacant since an abrubt closing in February, the former location of Chevy's in Quince Orchard Plaza will have a new occupant soon.

Buffalo Wild Wings, a sports bar and grill franchise that started in Canton, Ohio, will open at the 668 Clopper Road location in early 2013, according to a report by The Town Courier.

Calls to a Buffalo Wild Wings regional manager and Gaithersburg Economic Development Director Tom Lonergan were not immediately returned.

"Advertising for Buffalo Wild Wings has already begun for the sports bar’s newest location," according to The Town Courier, and "the Maryland franchise owner has already applied for a sign permit from the city of Gaithersburg for the new location."

The closest Buffalo Wild Wings location is approximately 6.5 miles away in Rockville Town Square. Other locations in the Washington, DC metropolitan area include Maryland's College Park and Urbana, and Virginia's Ballston, Crystal City, Leesberg and Sterling.
