Cafe Rio served its first table Oct. 23, the restaurant posted on its Facebook fan page.

Headquartered in Salt Lake City, Cafe Rio is a fast-casual restaurant chain that specializes in Mexican cuisine. The Germantown location is at 20680 Seneca Meadows Parkway—at the shopping center anchored by Wegmans.
