Lotte Plaza Market, a grocery chain that specializes in international foods, will replace Grand Mart International Grocery at 221 Muddy Branch Rd.

Festival at Muddy Branch is a 184,709 square foot center visible from Interstate 270. Grand Mart was once the retail center’s anchor, according to JGB Rosenfeld Retail’s website.
