28 Day Challenge

Interested is making good on that New Year’s Resolution to start a healthier lifestyle?  Join Whole Foods Marker Kentlands for their 1st 28 Day Challenge!  One lucky participant will go home with a $100 Gift Card!  Registration recommended.  Email: Claire.furman@wholefoods.com for more information and/or to sign up for the challenge! January 26th – (Orientation) We will focus on the basic principles of healthy eating with a value tour, recipes and handouts, a menu plan and a book list for reference.

February 2nd – Day 7 of the challenge will focus on healthy salad dressings and making breakfast count.

February 9th – Day 14 of the challenge will focus on grains.  We will have a grain tasting and talk about cooking with whole grains.

February 16th – Day 21 of the challenge will focus on legumes.  We will have a legume tasting and a class on how to cook legumes.

February 23rd – Day 28 of the challenge will have participants share their success stories and a great tasting dish to sample.
