Food News: 555 Lounge Opens in Gaithersburg
Ribbon cutting held Friday for new Gaithersburg restaurant.
Dining options just expanded for food fans in Gaithersburg.
On Friday, county and state officials with help from the business community celebrated the official grand opening of 555 Lounge, at 555 Quince Orchard Road in Gaithersburg.
According to the restaurant’s website, the lounge-style restaurant has private seating and a dance floor. The menu offers a variety of burgers and sandwiches, mostly between $7 and $13; appetizers cost under $10.

Maryland Sen. Jennie Forehand (D-Dist. 17) and Gaithersburg Economic Development Director Tom Lonergan were among the local officials at Friday’s ribbon cutting.
