  • Bee Mine Kidgits Kraft Friday, Feb. 11: Will you be mine? All Simon Kidgits Club® members are invited to come and create a valentine craft 11 am - 12:30 pm or 2:30 pm - 4 pm. Once you have completed the craft you have the chance to play a fun game and win an awesome prize!

  • 3rd Annual Daddy-Daughter Dance  Friday, Feb. 11: Dads, step-dads, grandpas, and their little sweethearts, ages 5 to 12, are invited to enjoy a special festive celebration that will be remembered for years to come. This dance comes with  music, dancing, refreshments, a keepsake photo and a magical balloon drop. Early registration is encouraged.

  • PetConnect Animal Adoption Event Saturday, Feb. 12: Looking for your next pet? Want to adopt a rescued animal? Look no further than Bark! in the Kentlands. Find out more about the animals here.

  • Johns Hopkins University Present "Secrets" Daily: This show is a juried exhibition of mixed media art by Montgomery County High School students based on the theme "SECRETS."
  • 4th Grade "If I Were Mayor..." Essay Contest Daily until March 4: The theme for this year's contest, to be explored in 275 words or less, is:  Working Together Works. One winning essay will be selected from each of the Maryland Municipal League's 11 regional districts.
