MARC, Amtrak Service Unaffected by CSX Train Derailment
MARC and Amtrak services have not been interrupted by Monday's train derailment, according to transit authorities.
MARC and Amtrak train services are not affected by what officials said was a CSX train derailment near Rosedale, MD, according to a service alert email issued by MARC.
The train derailed at around 2 p.m. Monday due east of Baltimore, reported Essex-Middle River Patch.

"We don’t know if there are any injuries at this time," said police spokeswoman Louise Rogers-Feher. "We do know a freight train derailed and we’re waiting for more information to come in as we speak."
