Winter Storm Watch for Montgomery County

Three to five inches are possible over the weekend.

The National Weather Service has issued a winter storm watch for Montgomery County—a rarity in October.

The warning lasts until Saturday night, and could mean three to five inches of snow for northern parts of the county.

"Power outages will be possible in some areas as heavy wet snow brings trees with partial of full leaves down," the warning says.
