- MANY CUSTOMERS & VENDORS for this Holiday buying and selling.
-- The FAIRGROUNDS FLEA MARKET will be open this Saturday and Sunday, December 7 & December 8, and every Saturday and Sunday year round, 8am to 4pm, at the Montgomery County Fairgrounds, 16 Chestnut Street, Gaithersburg, Maryland 20877.
-- Shoppers are admitted FREE and there is FREE PARKING.
-- There are many vendors in this OUTDOOR market with great bargains, low prices and unique items for sale.
-- All vendors selling antiques, crafts, collectibles, books, household items, art, jewelry, tools, perfume, clothing, electronics and other new/used items are welcome to set-up.
-- The vendor fee is $25 for a 20'x20' space. You can park your car or van in your space. Vendors bring own tables, chairs and/or tents. Vendor set-up starts at 7am. Vendors do not need to reserve a space. Just come and we will assign you a space when you arrive.
-- Located near Panera Bread, Boston Market, CVS, Bed. Bath & Beyond, Burlington Coat Factory, Toys "R" Us, Ross, Chipotle, Hilton Hotel, Lake Forest Mall, etc.

DIRECTIONS
-- From Washington, DC, Virginia & PG County, take I-495 to I-270 North exit. Take I-270 to exit 11 in Gaithersburg and at the first intersection (Frederick Ave) turn right and go one block to Perry Parkway and turn right. Go two blocks thru circle and you will see the Fairgrounds and Flea Market on your left. It is across from the Hilton Hotel.
-- From Frederick, Maryland, take I-270 South to exit 11 in Gaithersburg and at the bottom of the ramp turn left back under I-270. At the first intersection (Frederick Ave) turn right and go one block to Perry Parkway and turn right. Go two blocks thru circle and you will see the Fairgrounds and Flea Market on your left. It is across from the Hilton Hotel.
