Free Community Women’s Self Defense Seminar

This seminar is open to participants ages 13 and up. No experience necessary. Walk with greater confidence after attending this interactive workshop. Learn to be more aware of your surroundings, know the warning signs of potential danger, learn proper avoidance and distancing, learn how and where to strike, using the strengths and leverage according to your build. All guests should attend in athletic clothing. Tell your friends and bring them along!
