Bradley covers the award-winning exercise program based on his book, “Quick
Fit: The Complete 15-Minute No-Sweat Workout”, published by Simon and Schuster.
The seminar is designed for those individuals who know that exercise is good
for them, but remain physically inactive for many reasons. It emphasizes
cardiovascular fitness, abdominal strengthening, upper body strengthening, and
total body flexibility. The seminar demonstrates how busy people can exercise
effectively and consistently utilizing the simple Quick Fit exercise
program.
