"Girls in the Band" Documentary Screening at AFI Theater

On Friday June 6 at 7:15 PM the Takoma JazzFest is sponsoring a special screening of the award winning documentary "Girls in the Band" that cronicles the trials and triumphs of female jazz performers in the 1930s to today.  More info at www.tpjazzfest.org or from AFI.
