Montgomery Serves Awards

Join County Executive
Ike Leggett in honoring some our County’s most outstanding community leaders
and dedicated volunteers.  County Executive
Ike Leggett will present the Roscoe R. Nix Distinguished Community Leadership
Awards to Rev. Leon Grant, Dr. Michael Lin, and Nancy Scull.  The winners of the Neal Potter Path of
Achievement Awards, Joe Howard and Mona
Negm and the Montgomery Serves Awards winners,  Jason Amboo in the youth
category; The JBG Companies in the business service category; Lorig Charkoudian
for community service by an individual; and Chevy Chase at Home for community
service by a group will also be honored.



The event is organized and
sponsored by the Montgomery County Volunteer Center
and the Fund for Montgomery.
Andrea Roane, weekday morning anchor for WUSA 9, will serve as emcee.



This event is free and open to
the public.  Seating is limited and
registration is required at www.montgomeryserves.org.
