Round Trip Sports Yoga Cross Train (Intro class free 6/26 7-8PM)

With Yoga Instruction provided by Thrive Yoga, athletes will increase flexibility and muscle strength to find freedom of movement and stay injury free! The four week class will run on Thursdays from 7-8PM.

Yoga Cross Train will:  

● Deeply stretch and strengthen major muscle groups

● Gain flexibility in joints by stretching connective tissue 

● Increase focus and clarity

● Practice balancing techniques to neutralize imbalances 

The Yoga Cross Train instructor will sequence and specialize the class according to the specific needs of the students enrolled. Gain one-on-one attention for your goals. Yoga postures, breathing exercises and concentration techniques will be used for a well-rounded class experience. 

A Free Introductory Yoga Class will be held on June 26, 7:00-8:00pm. Although it is free, registration is required!


If you cannot commit to all four sessions, you can Drop-In for $20 per session.
