Free Doggy Ice Cream for National Dog Day at Best Friends
To celebrate National Dog Day, Best Friends Pet Care will be giving out a free doggy ice cream treat to all dogs who visit on Friday, August 26.
"National Dog Day is about acknowledging the importance of the dogs in our daily lives by doing something special,” says Anja Aleshin of Best Friends. “What better way to spoil your dog than with some doggy ice cream!”
The ice cream treats are dog-safe, made of yogurt or soy with dog-preferred flavors like peanut butter and honey. Canine guests must be on leash and accompanied by a human companion.
