Games, Activities and Learning Highlight 2013 H20 Summit
WSSC is partnering with Montgomery County to hold the 2013 H20 Summit on Saturday, March 16 in Gaithersburg.
LAUREL—March 5, 2013: The Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC) is partnering with The Montgomery County Department of Environmental Protection to hold the 2013 H20 Summit on Saturday, March 16 in Gaithersburg. At this fun-filled event, children and adults of all ages can learn about the importance of our waterways and participate in scores of activities and games focused on the environment.
When: 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., Saturday, March 16, 2013

What: Games, Activities and Learning Opportunities!
- Over 65 information and demonstration booths with environmental products and watershed protection information.
- Fun “passport game” where children visit different activity stations, to earn points toward prizes!
- Massive WSSC hi-tech video truck which can actually look at what’s going on inside underground pipes.
- Electric car for display and demonstration.
- Tons of additional activities and crafts for children!
