Crime Summary: Flasher, Peeping Tom, and Street Robberies

The following arrest information was supplied by the Montgomery County Police department. It does not indicate a conviction.

P1 Beat:

  • A Peeping Tom incident occurred on School Drive in Gaithersburg on Thursday, 7/21 around 10:30 p.m.  The suspect was observed on a ladder, peering through the second story window. 

Suspect:  H/M 28-33 years, 5’11” to 6’2”, orange baseball cap

P2 Beat:

  • An armed street robbery occurred in the 700 block of Summer Walk Place in Gaithersburg on Thursday 7/21 around 4 p.m.  The suspect approached the victim, displayed a weapon and demanded property.  The victim complied and the suspect fled on foot. 

Suspect:  H/M, 6’0’ to 6’2”, long sleeve black hoodie

  • A strong-arm robbery occurred at Quince Orchard Boulevard and Solitaire Court in Gaithersburg on Wednesday, 7/20.  The adult male victim was approached by a group of suspects, assaulted and had property removed.

Suspect:   B/M 18-22 years, 5’9” to 6’0’, 180, skinny

Four other suspects:   B/Ms, 18-22 years, 5’7”, skinny

  • A commercial burglary occurred at a Montgomery County warehouse, 211 Edison Park Drive in Gaithersburg between Tuesday, 7/19 and Wednesday, 7/20.  Forced entry, vandalism done.

 

R1 Beat:

  • A street robbery occurred in the 9600 block of Horizon Run Road in Montgomery Village on Wednesday, 7/20.  One suspect obtained property from the victim.

Suspect:   B/M 20-25 thin build

Suspect:   B/M 20-25, 5’9”, 140-150, goatee

  • A street robbery occurred at Lost Knife and Odend Hal Ave in Gaithersburg on Friday, 7/22.  Two suspects robbed the victim of his property while threatening him with a weapon. 

      Suspect:   H/M 20-30 years, 5’8” to 5’10”, 160-180, mustache

      Suspect:   H/M 20-30 years, 5’11” to 6’1”, 170-190

  • A street robbery occurred at Lost Knife and Odend Hal Ave in Gaithersburg on Saturday, 7/23.  Suspects robbed the victim of his property while threatening him with a weapon.

     Suspect:   B/M 17-22 years, 5’5” to 5’7”, 150-170, dreadlocks

     Suspect:   B/M 17-22 years, 5’8” to 5’10”, 150-180

     Suspect:   W/M 17-22 years, 5’9” to 5’11”, 170-190

  • An indecent exposure occurred at a bus stop on Goshen Road near Bramblebush Drive on Friday 7/22 around 5 a.m.  Suspect exposed himself while at the bus stop, then fled.

Suspect:   B/M 6’0”, 170, NFD

 

R2 Beat:

  • An attempted burglary occurred in the 20300 block of Marketree Place in Montgomery Village on Thursday, 7/21.  Attempted forced entry; nothing taken.  
  • An attempted burglary occurred in the 19100 block of Stedwick Drive in Montgomery Village on Saturday, 7/23 between 2:00 - 5:30 p.m.  Attempted forced entry; nothing taken. 

 

S1 Beat:

  • An open garage burglary occurred in the 600 block of Poplarwood Place in Gaithersburg between Thursday, 7/21 and Friday, 7/22.  The unlocked vehicle inside was searched and a purse, with contents of cash and credit cards, was stolen. 
  • A residential burglary occurred on Peony Drive in Gaithersburg between Wednesday, 7/20 and Tuesday, 7/26.  Suspects forced entry into the residence and removed property.

 

S2 Beat: 

  • An attempted burglary occurred in the 17800 block of Caddy Drive in Gaithersburg between Wednesday, 7/20 and Thursday, 7/21.  Suspects used force but were unable to gain entry into the residence.  Loose change was taken from the unlocked car in the driveway.
  • A residential burglary occurred in the 20000 block of Cinnabar Drive in Gaithersburg on Monday, 7/25.  Unknown suspects entered the residence and removed property.  No signs of forced entry.
  • A commercial burglary occurred at Prolist LLC, 8341 Beechcraft Avenue in Gaithersburg on Saturday, 7/23.  Suspects forced entry into the business and removed property.
