Crime Summary: String of Thefts from Vehicles, Indecent Exposure

The following arrest information was supplied by the Montgomery County Police department. It does not indicate a conviction.

P1 Beat:

  • Several thefts from vehicles occurred between Monday 10/17 and Tuesday 10/18, a total of five vehicles were broken into in the 17100 block of King James Way, Olney.  Forced entry, various property taken.

  • A commercial burglary occurred at 438 North Frederick Avenue, Gaithersburg between Tuesday 10/18 at 4:30 p.m. and Wednesday 10/19 at 4:40 a.m.  Forced entry; property taken.
  • A commercial burglary occurred at 401 Professional Drive, Gaithersburg between Monday 10/24 at 6 p.m. and Tuesday 10/25 at 8:30 a.m.  Forced entry; property taken.
  • A vehicle-related theft occurred outside the 600 block of Gatestone Drive, Gaithersburg on Wednesday 10/19 just after midnight.  Forced entry; property taken.

  • A strong-arm robbery occurred in the parking lot of 9000 block of Horizon Run Road, Montgomery Village on Sunday 10/23 around 9:15 p.m.  Suspects assaulted victim; property taken.

Suspects: Two H/Ms, 20-25 years, 6’0”
Suspects: Two H/Fs, 18-25 years, one with red hair

  • A residential burglary occurred in the 18000 block of Walkers Choice Road, Montgomery Village on Tuesday 10/18 between 4:30 p.m. and 5 p.m.  Forced entry; property taken.

Suspect: H/M 20-25 years, 5’10” to 6’0”, goatee, dreadlocks           

  • A residential burglary occurred in the 9000 block of Turtle Dove Lane, Montgomery Village on Sunday 10/23 between 10 a.m. and 12:25 p.m.  Forced entry, nothing taken.

Arrested: Male, age 27, from Montgomery Village

 

R2 Beat:

  • No significant activity

 

S1 Beat:

  • Two thefts from vehicles occurred on Tuesday, 10/18 between 12:00 and 6:00 a.m.  Unforced entry, property taken.  Affected streets included: the 600 block of Cedar Spring Street, Gaithersburg, and the 500 block of Whetstone Glen Street, Gaithersburg

 

S2 Beat:

  • A theft from vehicle occurred in the 18000 block of Cherry Laurel Lane, Gaithersburg on Wednesday 10/19 just after 1:30 a.m.  Forced entry; property taken

Suspects: Two H/Ms, 5’1” to 6’, all black clothing
Suspect Vehicle: grey Pontiac Grand Am 4-door

  • A theft from vehicle occurred near the area of Woodfield Road and Hadley Farms Drive, Montgomery village between Thursday 10/20 at 6 p.m. and Friday 10/21at 6:30 a.m.  Property taken. 
  • An indecent exposure incident occurred at 18000 block of Sweet Autumn Drive, Gaithersburg on Tuesday 10/25 around 3:20 a.m.  The subject exposed himself and was arrested.  Arrest info not available yet.
