DC Man Arrested For Residential Burglaries In Gaithersburg

The 63-year-old was charged with two counts of misdemeanor theft and one count of felony theft.

A 63-year-old Washington, DC, man has been arrested for multiple residential burglaries in the Gaithersburg area, Gaithersburg police announced Wednesday.

Larry Francis Jackson, of Pennsylvania Avenue, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor theft and one count of felony theft.

Jackson was identified as a suspect in a Feb. 7 residential burglary in the unit block of Virginia Drive and a Feb. 14 residential burglary in the unit block of Brighton Drive, both in Gaithersburg, police said.

Detectives are continuing to investigate other residential burglaries that occurred within the city of Gaithersburg that possibly involve Jackson, police said.

Jackson has been released on a $15,000 bond.
