Montgomery County Police: 9 Gaithersburg Businesses Burgled in Less than a Week
The following incidents were supplied by Montgomery County police for Gaithersburg and Montgomery Village. Arrests do not indicate convictions.
Three commercial burglaries occurred on Tuesday, Dec. 10 around 10:50 p.m. Forced entry: Incidents occurred at the Corner Bakery, 1 Grand Corner Avenue, Lindt Chocolate Shoppe, 3 Grand Corner Avenue and Taco Bar 2, 10003 Fields Road in Gaithersburg.
A commercial burglary occurred at the Dunkin Donuts, 16220 Frederick Road in Gaithersburg on Tuesday, Dec. 10 at 11 p.m. Forced entry; property taken.
A commercial burglary occurred at the BP gas station, 16210 Frederick Road in Gaithersburg on Tuesday, Dec. 10 at 11:32 p.m. Forced entry; property taken.

A commercial burglary occurred at Midas Mufflers, 204 North Frederick Avenue in Gaithersburg, between 5:10 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 7 and 7:10 a.m. Monday, Dec. 9. Forced entry; property taken.
A commercial burglary occurred at The Potomac Garden Center, 12024 Darnestown Road in Gaithersburg overnight, between Thursday, Dec. 5 and Friday, Dec. 6. Forced entry; property taken.

An armed robbery occurred at Choice Market, 18700 Walkers Choice Road in Montgomery Village on Saturday, Dec. 7 at 6:07 p.m. The suspects threatened the victim with a weapon and obtained property.
A commercial burglary occurred at the Hunt Club Apartments, 404 Christopher Avenue in Gaithersburg between, 1 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 4 and 9:30 a.m. Friday, Dec. 6. Entry was forced into two tool sheds and property were taken.
An attempted residential burglary occurred in the 19700 block of Greenside Terrace in Gaithersburg at around 10 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 5. Attempted forced entry; nothing taken.
An aggravated assault occurred in the parking lot of Cancun Cantina, 119 East Diamond Avenue in Gaithersburg at 2:15 a.. Saturday, Dec. 7 at 2:15 a.m.
A residential burglary occurred in the 7800 block of Misty Court in Gaithersburg at 4 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 7 around 4 a.m. Forced entry; nothing taken.
A residential burglary occurred in the 7700 block of Mineral Springs Drive in Gaithersburg on Monday, Dec. 9, between 5 and 11:47 p.m. Forced entry; property taken.
A residential burglary occurred in the 8400 block of Meadow Green Way in Gaithersburg between 9 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 4 and 1 p.m. Monday, Dec. 9. Forced entry; property taken.
A commercial burglary was reported at Airpark Auto Service, 8025 Snouffer School Road in Gaithersburg at 5:30 a.m. Monday, Dec. 9. No further information is available at this time.
