Montgomery County Police: Peeping Tom at Red, Hot & Blue; Four Vehicle Thefts Reported, More
The following incidents were supplied by Montgomery County police for Gaithersburg and Montgomery Village. Arrests do not indicate convictions.
A strong-arm robbery occurred in the 700 block of Clopper Road in Gaithersburg on Monday, Dec. 30 at 4:41 p.m. Two males assaulted the victim and obtained property.
A residential burglary occurred in the 800 block of Bayridge Drive in Gaithersburg on Monday, Dec. 30, between 8:30 a.m. and 2:15 p.m. No forced entry; property taken.
A residential burglary occurred in the 19100 block of Rhodes Way in Gaithersburg at around 11 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 29. Unknown entry; nothing taken.

A residential burglary occurred in the 19500 block of Transhire Road in Montgomery Village, sometime between noon Wednesday, Dec. 18 and noon Monday, Dec. 23. Unknown entry; property taken.
A residential burglary was reported in the 9600 block of Brassie Way in Montgomery Village on Tuesday, Dec. 24, between 7:30 a.m. and 2:45 p.m. Forced entry; property taken.

Tools, a headset, and change were reported missing in connection with five vehicle-related thefts. Police said the vehicles were left unlocked. Streets affected include:

- Garth Terrace
- Brassie Place
A vehicle theft occurred in the 20200 block of Ravensdale Court in Gaithersburg on Friday, Dec. 20, between 6 and 11:30 a.m.
A vehicle theft occurred in the 9600 block of Shadow Oak Drive in Montgomery Village overnight, between Friday, Dec. 20 and Saturday, Dec. 21.
A vehicle theft occurred in the 19700 block of Crested Iris Way in Montgomery Village overnight, between Wednesday, Dec. 25 and Thursday, Dec. 26.
A vehicle theft occurred in the 19300 block of Sandy Lake Drive in Gaithersburg overnight, between Tuesday, Dec. 17 and Wednesday, Dec. 18.
A vehicle theft occurred in the 19500 block of Divot Place in Montgomery Village on Saturday, Dec. 21 at 8 a.m.
A commercial burglary occurred at Diamond Drugs, 226 East Diamond Avenue in Gaithersburg on Friday, Dec. 20 at 4:57 a.m. Forced entry; property taken.
A residential burglary occurred in the 7700 block of Laytonia Drive in Gaithersburg on Thursday, Dec. 19 between 5:35 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. Forced entry; property taken.
A residential burglary occurred in the 18000 block of Silver Leaf Drive in Gaithersburg on Wednesday, Dec. 25 at 4:54 a.m. Forced entry; property taken.
A residential burglary occurred in the 17700 block of Silk Cotton Way in Gaithersburg on Wednesday, Dec. 18, between 10:45 a.m. and 12:31 p.m. Forced entry; nothing taken
A residential burglary occurred in the 18000 block of Mill Creek Drive in Derwood between 11 a.m. Friday, Dec. 20 and around 4 p.m. Monday, Dec. 23. Forced entry; property taken.
A residential burglary occurred in the 8300 block of Cotton Hill Court in Gaithersburg on Friday, Dec. 27 at 6:10 p.m. Forced entry; unknown what was taken.
A residential burglary occurred in the 18300 block of Quondal Street in Gaithersburg between noon Sunday, Dec. 22 and around 8 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 28. Forced entry; property taken.
A residential burglary occurred in the 8500 block of Snouffer School Road in Gaithersburg on Friday Dec. 20, between 12:45 and 1:30 p.m. Forced entry; property taken.
A residential burglary occurred in the 8400 block of Meadow Green Way in Gaithersburg on Wednesday, Dec. 18 at 7:43 p.m. Unknown entry; property taken.
A residential burglary occurred in the 200 block of Lee Street in Gaithersburg on Thursday, Dec. 19, between 8 a.m. and 4:50 p.m. No forced entry; property taken.
A residential burglary occurred in the 17700 block of Phelps Hill Lane in Derwood between midnight Thursday, Dec. 26 and midnight Friday, Dec. 27.
An attempted residential burglary occurred in the 8000 block of Cloverwood Court in Gaithersburg at 9 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 18. Attempted forced entry; nothing taken.
A peeping tom incident occurred at Red, Hot, and Blue, 16811 Crabbs Branch Way in Derwood on Sunday, Dec. 29 at 3:45 p.m. The suspect was hiding and watching the victim. Police said the people involved knew each other.
