Police: Have You Seen Giovanni Justin Gopaulsingh?

Germantown man who hasn’t been seen since Saturday morning has prompted the concern of Montgomery County police.

Police are asking for the public’s help finding Giovanni Justin Gopaulsingh, 23, of the 20700 block of Crystal Hill Circle in Germantown, after his family sid they were concerned about his welfare.

Police said Gopaulsingh was last seen at his home at 8 a.m. He is described as black male with black hair and brown eyes. He’s 5-feet, 8-inches tall and weighs 105 pounds. 

Police said he was last seen wearing a long-sleeve, green and gray shirt, a black jacket, and black jeans.  Police said he has tattoos of chemistry symbols on both his left and right hand.
