Police Release Photos of Body Found in Gaithersburg Pond
Police hope photos of tattoos found on the body and of clothes found near the pond will help ID the dead man.
Montgomery County police are continuing to investigate the case of a body found floating in a Gaithersburg park pond Sunday afternoon.
Police on Sunday evening released the photos seen above of tattoos on the arms of the dead man as well as photos of the clothing found near the pond by park police on Friday night. They are asking for the public's assistance in identifying the man, whose death is being called "suspicious."
Anyone who recognizes the photos or tattoos is asked to call Montgomery County police at 301-279-8000. Anonymous tips can be left with Crime Solvers of Montgomery County at 1-866-411-TIPS (8477). Tips can also be left online here.
