A 21-year-old and a juvenile are charged with first and second degree assault, weapons offenses and conspiracy.

Two young Gaithersburg men were arrested for aggravated assault Friday, Gaithersburg police said.

Bryan Isidro Sanchez-Murillo, 21, of Linda Court, and a juvenile male were charged with first and second degree assault, weapons offenses and conspiracy in connection with a July 2, 2012 incident, police said.

At approximately 1:11 a.m. the victim walked into the Gaithersburg Police Station to report an aggravated assault that had occurred earlier in the unit block of North Summit Drive, police said. The victim reported being on the balcony of a third floor apartment when a group of young males on the street and another individual from the third floor balcony exchanged words. The group of males began walking up towards the third floor and the victim walked down to the second.
