Two-Vehicle Collision Closes Down Muddy Branch Road

At least three injuries have been reported.

The intersection of Muddy Branch Road and Diamondback drive was reopened earlier today after being closed for a short period of time following a two-car collision on Muddy Branch Road around 11 a.m.

 Three people were hurt in a two-vehicle collision on Muddy Branch Road about 11 a.m. this morning, according to Montgomery County officials.

Capt. Oscar Garcia, a spokesman for Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Service, said there is little information yet on the type of injuries or their severity.

The intersection of Muddy Branch Road and Diamondback Drive is currently shutdown.

There are at least a dozen fire and rescue vehicles on the scene.
