Demolition of Old Circuit City Building Underway
The site will be redeveloped into an LA Fitness.
Demolition has begun on the old Circuit City building in the Quince Orchard Plaza shopping center to make way for a new LA Fitness.
This morning construction crews were working to tear down the 32,444-square-foot building, which was approved in March of 1973, according to City documents.
The LA Fitness redevelopment will include a 45,000-square-foot building, seven new parking spaces and an ADA-compliant walkway.
