SDP-11-001-- VII Crown Farm Owner, LLC c/o Sunbrook Partners
Requests approval of the schematic development plan, SDP-11-001, per annexation X-182 and Sketch Plan Z-315, known as the Crown Property Neighborhoods 1 & 2 (Parcels 445, 600, 820, 905, and 833) in Gaithersburg, Maryland. The proposed plan proposes a mix of uses, including 337 townhomes, 60 single-family detached homes,1,149 multi-family units, and 257,400 square feet of future commercial uses on approximately 87.8 acres of land. The subject property site is bordered by Fields Road and Sam Eig Highway.
