President Barack Obama is expected to visit Rockville-based M. Luis Construction Company on Thursday, Politico reports.

Obama press secretary Jay Carney said president is expected to talk about the government shutdown’s effect on business, Politico reports.

M. Luis Construction is a Maryland-based, woman and minority-owned road construction company, according to the company’s website.

Its main office is in Baltimore and it’s asphalt facility is at Southlawn Lane in Rockville.
