At tonight's Mayor and Council work session officials will have only one item on their agenda.
In preparation for their retreat—where the city's strategic goals and directions are honed and defined—the Council will talk about what their strategic direction has been to this point.
They will also receive an update on the City's financial condition.

In the wake of recent budget cutbacks and increased fees and taxes in fiscal 2011 because of reduced County and State funding, the City's financial situation has been somewhat tenuous.
