On The Agenda: Rezoning of Montgomery County Fairgrounds and More

The Gaithersburg city council will discuss plans to rezone 62.83 acres of land on the Montgomery County Fairgrounds property. The city hopes to shift the land to a Mixed Use Devlopment Zone from a Low Density Residential Zone and Light Industrial Zone.

The council will also discuss:

  • Resolution of the Mayor and City Council Authorizing the City Manager to Extend the 2012 Street Reconstruction Contract
  • Resolution of the Mayor and City Council Authorizing the City Manager to Enter into a Contract for the Construction of a Stormwater Management Retrofit for Woodland Hills Pond 2

• Briefing of Maryland Fortuneteller's Legislation
