It's official, Herman Cain is out of the running for president.
But instead of out and out quitting, he announced that he is "suspending" his campaign, the Washington Post reports. That gives him greater flexibility to donate the funds he's raised to another candidate.
The one-time front-runner was laid low by several allegations of sexual misconduct and the revelation of a 13-year extramarital affair.
